The Embassy of India in Baku in association with Tea Board of India organized a webinar followed by B2B interactions on Indian Tea and Tea growing States of India on 17th February, 2022. The event was a part of celebrations of 75 years of India's Independence - Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and focused on states of Assam, West Bengal, Manipur, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Tea brochures and major tourist destinations of these states were focused on during the event with distribution of tea caddies and tourism brochures. The event was attended by more than 80 representatives of the major tea exporter and importers of both countries and local media.
