As part of the celebration of 'International Year of Millets-2023', millet dishes were served at the ISKCON Temple, Baku on 12.02.2023. About 125 people enjoyed the millet dishes and expressed curiosity in learning more about how millet items might be utilized in their regular cuisine. They were informed about the benefits of uses of millets and brouchers on millets were also distributed.

As part of the celebration of 'International Year of Millets-2023', the Embassy has been organising a focused one-week millet campaign from 22-28 January 2023. On the last day of the focused campaign, millet dishes were served to the Yoga practitioner of Classical Yoga School and also spoke about the benefits of the uses of millets. A small exhibition on various millet items including ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook millet items, was also organised. A video on millets was played during the event.
As part of the celebration of the 'International Year of Millets-2023', the Embassy has been organising a focused one-week millet campaign from 22-28 January 2023. On the sixth day of the focused campaign Mission organized a hybrid session on 27.01.2023 on "Discussion on Millets", where speakers talked about the benefits of millets, how to increase the consumption of millets and its importance for the environment.
